If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice from Thundermac and mail your return to the address provided by our team on inquiry

If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of you cancelling your order. The refunds which we process via the Credit card Internet Payment Gateway will take up to 2 weeks at bank’s end to be processed and reflect in your card statement.
